BULA

The BULA Project is coordinated by The University of the South Pacific and is a cooperation and mobility programme in the area of Higher Education, implemented by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the European Union (EU). The general objective of the Project is to promote sustainable development and poverty alleviation by allowing educational opportunities for students in the Pacific region. The focus of this project will be on postgraduate education and research in the Pacific region and allow students to explore solutions to existing challenges that face the Pacific region. The aim of the project is to encourage brain circulation within the Pacific region and to prevent brain drain.

The project is designed to facilitate the movement of Masters students, PhD students and Staff between selected national Universities in the Pacific regions as a means of building capacity and encouraging socioeconomic development the region.
