TOSCA
TOSCA is a partnership of European and Central Asian universities selected under Erasmus Mundus Action II, which manages a scholarship programme funded by the European Commission. We offer student and staff scholarships to nationals of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan or Uzbekistan. There will be available 100 scholarships to be awarded for 1-22 months depending on mobility type/academic level. The mobility of students will start in September 2011.
